The plumbers came out realized that to fix the leak theyd have to tear up the concrete pad under the pipe. They were able to shut off a broken valve to at least let us get water in the house. They then went around and did a thorough assessment looking for any other issues.

We had an exhaust fan that wasn't vented in our bathroom. Another contractor hooked it up to the sewer vent and our bathroom smelled horrible as a result. That never should have happened. Grateful Plumber came, assessed the situation and fixed it all within a short amount of time. The plumbers were prompt, knowledgeable and very respectful of me and my home. I highly recommend!

Super honest with their assessment and talking through the problem and potential resolutions. This is the second time I have called Grateful Plumber and I've been very satisfied with their work and recommendations.

Brandon and Chris were excellent. The cost for repairs are very reasonable. I paid $159 for cleaning a clogged sink drain. But what has me super excited about these plumbers is they know Navien tankless water heaters better than another plumbing company. That company gave me a quote of $1200+ for an external pump. Brandon determined that my Navien unit has a pump already inside the unit, and it will cost me only $369 to install a simple part at the sink furthest from the water heater.

These guys are the best! They showed up on time, took care of the faucet repair, cleaned the area and put everything back that was moved. They were polite and communicated clearly what was being done. Thank you!!

Brandon and Chris installed the toilet and sink in the basement bathroom and have performed previous work in the basement, as well as did the estimate for this job. Hands down Greatful for their service and professional employees. Had a clogged drain and they where able to clear the clog and cam the pipe to make sure it was all clear. Tree roots are not pipe friendly

The people at Grateful Plumber really went the extra mile to help. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. I initially contacted Grateful Plumber to get a pump installed in an existing ejector pit and connecting the water and drain to a utility sink in the basement. I was able to get this work scheduled in less than a week from receiving an estimate. The guys (Brandon and Chris) who can out to work up the estimate brought to my attention that with a part of the basement finished and a lot of other positions in the basement I might want to consider putting a DC backup pump in the sump pit. They also noticed that the drain from the water softener going to the sump wasn't right and found the correct place that had been previously roughed in. As they were installing the ejector pump, rerouting the softener drain, and connecting the utility sink, I asked the guys if they could work up an estimate for the DC backup pump installation. I was given a ballpark estimate in a short period of time. While the guys were at lunch, the owner (Adam) gave me a call to confirm my desire to have the DC backup pump installed. Then he proceeded to talk me through the installation options so that I could make an informed decision and then gave me the cost for the installation. Then Adam indicated that the guys could install the DC backup pump the same day. I was thrilled to find out that this additional scope of work could be done the same day! Now I don't have to worry about water damaging the items in the basement. The cost of the installation is cheap insurance to have this peace of mind. This is the best customer service that I have ever received.

All we needed was a left-handed monkey wrench!! My sump pump fried itself on Monday night and my sump pit was getting ready to overflow. I called Grateful Plumber and they had a crew here the same day and actually about an hour earlier than expected. Christian was very professional and had a replacement pump installed and running within a half an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing issues, and I will only be using them from now on. Great taste in music and better professionalism and punctuality.

Great guys, I didn't catch everyone's name but Brandon was main contact and was pleasant and honest. I shopped around to bigger name company's and was quoted a lot more than I feel was right. Grateful plumber came in told me what was necessary to fix and didn't indulge my ignorance for plumbing just to upsell me. They didn't lowball the competition in the quote, they charged an honest price for honest work. I didn't understand the name of the company until the work was done and they'd left. Youll be grateful you called Grateful Plumbers.

Needed water heater replaced. They were able to come the next day, took the time to not only do the job, but to make sure that any previous problems were fixed. They noticed issues with placement and exhaust, and they corrected these and let me know about their fixes to prevent future problems. Very kind people. Water is now easier to control the temperature of, and I have the peace of mind that the water is now clean and that I shouldn't have to worry about the water heater for quite some time! Pricing is what it is, not their fault everything is as expensive as it is right now.

Brandon was punctual, friendly and professional. We were concerned that our sewer line was collapsing. He and his associate quickly opened an access to the sewer line, ran a camera through it while I watched, and were able to reassure me that while old there was no sign of collapse all the way out to the city sewer line. Another company had run a camera and told us our sewer line had collapsed and we would need a repair costing over $20,000 and requiring the removal of a beautiful 40+ year old tree. Grateful plumbing saved us a ton of money, destruction of a beautiful tree and our landscape. Yes, were grateful for their professional service at a reasonable cost!

Brandon and team did a fantastic job! Even when the job got pretty tough because the slab in the affected area was thicker and took a lot of effort to break it up without affecting the water lines, he maintained professionalism and did a great job! Both of them were very respectful, knowledgeable, and shared details of every step they were taking. Thankful for their attention to detail and desire to help remedy the water leak we were experiencing!

Replacement and re-plumb of ejector and sump pumps, up front communication, on time, used high quality parts, efficient professional work and finish, respectful of our home and didnt leave any clean up for us, plumbers were easy to communicate with and kind, final price was exactly what they quoted up front, flat price per job including taxes (prefer parts labor) but gave manuals on pumps and after pricing those out online buying retail and using 2 men 3hrs drive/labor price wasnt cheap but very fair, about 50/50 parts labor, definitely not expensive. I would recommend Grateful Plumbers to friends and family.

Weve used Grateful Plumber for years and have been very happy with them. Easy to. Work with. They return phone calls promptly when they dont answer right away. Fair pricing, and above all excellent service. Adam explains everything. The technicians are very good, courteous, friendly, and arrive on time. Great communications by calling when en route. Being newer to the area, we were originally referred to a different local Brownsburg HVAC and Plumbing business (55yrs history) by some of the parents we know through our kids activities. The tank and rest of the heater was older but functionally fine(per assessment). They gave 2 options, 1. A replacement blower with install (blower is around $450 retail various suppliers plenty of volume as I called them myself and delivered in 2-4days. Likewise the blower installrequires 3 screws and 3 metal collars to be tightened). 2. A new apples to apples Unit, Being the unit is older and will probably need replacement in the future. This parts a shame, option (1) was over $3500!?!? and (2) around $5800. With those illogical suggestions in hand, I found Adam and The Grateful Plumber. It was almost noon on a Friday when Adam pivoted with his team and made the time to get out and assess our situation. He and his team were thorough while also being very upfront and detailed with my best options and pricing. Ultimately the conclusion was the same in (1) replacing blower or (2) new apples to apples unit with install. We ended up going with the new unit and they got it all completed that day so we could have hot water for the weekend company coming to visit!!!! Oh and to add, the price was just UNDER what the first business quoted me for the rigorous and in-depth screw removal and couple collar tightenings needed for the roughly $450 blower(that COMES with the screws and collars even). I highly recommend Adam and team! They provided top notch service and quality while being one of the few actually locally owned/mom and pop service of this kind still around now that the larger corps have acquired many others over the past few years.

This is the second time I have used the Grateful Plumber. (I have had their magnet on my fridge for 5 years.) I called them on a Wednesday and they were out the next day. My issue was pretty extensive but Adam pulled everything and everyone together and the job was started immediately. Every call / question / text was answered and everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful. Every member of the team made sure I knew what was happening and why. I would recommend the Grateful Plumber to anyone. I hope to never need them again but I definitely will not hesitate to call should the unexpected happen.

These guys answered our prayers today! After being quoted over $12k from another company, Grateful got us back up and running for $439. I found my water heater leaking the afternoon before my husband and I were leaving for a weekend trip. I called Adam in a slight panic. He was very easy to work with and gave me a quote that same day. He was able to get us a new water heater installed by the next day! I didnt have time to call around for a bunch of quotes but I know we paid way less than my mom did for a smaller tank. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Service appointment available was quick, 2 days but was not in a rush. Communication was great. Tech was professional, explained options completely and offered suggestions. He was respectful of our home. In checking price comparions post install appointment, I found the model + install of disposal was expensive compared to same model installed by both Lowes and Home Depot. While both Big Box stores offered a 5 year warranty, I was told mine only has a 2 year warranty, which seems strange for a professional install, as a plumber purchase vs a potential install a by a home owner I would think their supply chain would offer products with more generous warranty than box stores. I had a 1/2HP Badger 5 installed. Removing one star due to price paid seems high.
