Brandon and team did a fantastic job! Even when the job got pretty tough because the slab in the affected area was thicker and took a lot of effort to break it up without affecting the water lines, he maintained professionalism and did a great job! Both of them were very respectful, knowledgeable, and shared details of every step they were taking. Thankful for their attention to detail and desire to help remedy the water leak we were experiencing!

From initial contact by phone, through completion of the work, a great experience. Fast return of my initial inquiry, excellent communication thereafter via text messaging and email. The techs did an excellent job and the work was beautifully executed. I have an 80+ year old home and the techs helped with solutions to a couple of things that will need attention in the future. Replacement and re-plumb of ejector and sump pumps, up front communication, on time, used high quality parts, efficient professional work and finish, respectful of our home and didnt leave any clean up for us, plumbers were easy to communicate with and kind, final price was exactly what they quoted up front, flat price per job including taxes (prefer parts labor) but gave manuals on pumps and after pricing those out online buying retail and using 2 men 3hrs drive/labor price wasnt cheap but very fair, about 50/50 parts labor, definitely not expensive. I would recommend Grateful Plumbers to friends and family.

Weve used Grateful Plumber for years and have been very happy with them. Easy to. Work with. They return phone calls promptly when they dont answer right away. Fair pricing, and above all excellent service. Adam explains everything. The technicians are very good, courteous, friendly, and arrive on time. Great communications by calling when en route. Being newer to the area, we were originally referred to a different local Brownsburg HVAC and Plumbing business (55yrs history) by some of the parents we know through our kids activities. The tank and rest of the heater was older but functionally fine(per assessment). They gave 2 options, 1. A replacement blower with install (blower is around $450 retail various suppliers plenty of volume as I called them myself and delivered in 2-4days. Likewise the blower installrequires 3 screws and 3 metal collars to be tightened). 2. A new apples to apples Unit, Being the unit is older and will probably need replacement in the future. This parts a shame, option (1) was over $3500!?!? and (2) around $5800. With those illogical suggestions in hand, I found Adam and The Grateful Plumber. It was almost noon on a Friday when Adam pivoted with his team and made the time to get out and assess our situation. He and his team were thorough while also being very upfront and detailed with my best options and pricing. Ultimately the conclusion was the same in (1) replacing blower or (2) new apples to apples unit with install. We ended up going with the new unit and they got it all completed that day so we could have hot water for the weekend company coming to visit!!!! Oh and to add, the price was just UNDER what the first business quoted me for the rigorous and in-depth screw removal and couple collar tightenings needed for the roughly $450 blower(that COMES with the screws and collars even). I highly recommend Adam and team! They provided top notch service and quality while being one of the few actually locally owned/mom and pop service of this kind still around now that the larger corps have acquired many others over the past few years.

This is the second time I have used the Grateful Plumber. (I have had their magnet on my fridge for 5 years.) I called them on a Wednesday and they were out the next day. My issue was pretty extensive but Adam pulled everything and everyone together and the job was started immediately. Every call / question / text was answered and everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful. Every member of the team made sure I knew what was happening and why. I would recommend the Grateful Plumber to anyone. I hope to never need them again but I definitely will not hesitate to call should the unexpected happen.

These guys answered our prayers today! After being quoted over $12k from another company, Grateful got us back up and running for $439. I found my water heater leaking the afternoon before my husband and I were leaving for a weekend trip. I called Adam in a slight panic. He was very easy to work with and gave me a quote that same day. He was able to get us a new water heater installed by the next day! I didnt have time to call around for a bunch of quotes but I know we paid way less than my mom did for a smaller tank. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Service appointment available was quick, 2 days but was not in a rush. Communication was great. Tech was professional, explained options completely and offered suggestions. He was respectful of our home. In checking price comparions post install appointment, I found the model + install of disposal was expensive compared to same model installed by both Lowes and Home Depot. While both Big Box stores offered a 5 year warranty, I was told mine only has a 2 year warranty, which seems strange for a professional install, as a plumber purchase vs a potential install a by a home owner I would think their supply chain would offer products with more generous warranty than box stores. I had a 1/2HP Badger 5 installed. Removing one star due to price paid seems high.

Adam at Grateful Plumbing was able to respond to my backed up kitchen drain within 24 hours of my call. Could have been sooner if it had happened earlier in the day. Christian came out assessed the problem, got right to work and made sure everything was in perfect order before he left. I like that this company tells you what its going to cost up front and thats what you end up paying. No nonsense when theyre finished. They are Always polite and respectful .

I needed a dishwasher reinstalled due to poor installation the first time from a different vendor. Brandon did an amazing job re-leveling the appliance to fix the aesthetics. His wingman Chris was helpful too. The price was reasonable and the finished product was what my wife and I expected. Grateful Plumber magnet is on the fridge for my next project.

Great experience with Grateful Plumber. Scheduled them initially to replace shutoff valves under the sink in order to hook up a new dishwasher. My old plumbing is 31+ years old. while discussing other improvements I wanted done, they were able to also do new kitchen faucet, new bathroom faucets and new tall ADA toilets.. Brandon and Kyle were very professional, explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.. Cleaned up everything when done... I will use them again and highly recommend them!

I heard of Grateful Plumbing from Nextdoor and local recommendations. My HVAC company noticed a puddle in my crawl space and suggested I call a plumber. G.P sent someone same day to diagnose the leak(s). We scheduled work for the following Wednesday since the leak wasnt catastrophic. Two plumbers arrived this morning and they saw an additional leak while working in the crawl space. Since their original quote and proposal didnt include this work, I was worried about additional costs. Thankfully Grateful Plumbing owned up and did not charge me anything additional since the extra leak was not caught by their first diagnosis. This is how you keep customers! All of the plumbers sent to my house were respectful and helpful but especially Brandon and his helper whose name I didnt catch (Jake or Kyle maybe?) 10/10 service and way of conducting business
